This is a fantastic opportunity for a clinician wanting to work with a primarily psychosocial and mental health-focused caseload, while still having variety across the broader adult, community and aged care space. The Role This is a community-based role with flexibility to work from home (or office optional) for admin and reporting. You will support adult clients across community, disability and complex care settings, with a strong focus on functional outcomes and independence. Your role will include: • Functional assessments and report writing • Home and community visits • Intervention planning and therapy support • Assistive technology and environmental recommendations • Supporting psychosocial and complex adult presentations • Liaising with families, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams • Delivering client-centred therapy focused on meaningful outcomes The caseload can be tailored depending on your interests and experience, with strong support available from senior clinicians and leadership.
